Great bang for the buck if you have PA. Wifi is good. Quiet place and the owner does constant runs to make sure everything is good around the site. Having said this, nothing fancy and the TV room smells quite bad so stay in your rig. Great bang for the buck and the owner is a nice person
Only downside was a mild cattle odor....not the parks fault, but it was a bit detracting.
The price was excellent. Check-in was cash only but easy, fast, and friendly. Wi-Fi was very good. Not a lot of amenities but it is a good location with easy access from two roads. Several pull-throughs were available. We would likely stay there again.

I needed a tent site for 1 night. The guy let me have a full pullthru site with a large (50 x 75 footish) area directly next to it.
