Very pleased with the service here. Compared to Artesia n surrounding areas. Was waited on quickly, and got done what needed to be done! The lady is very nice, patient, calm and good at her job. For her being the only worker there, she had very good customer service! Thank U
Can't answer the phone
The service was horrible and the lady was super rude. I went to take a written test and I got their at about 2:30 and the sign said that test were from 1 to 3 so by the time the lady calls me up I go and it's 2:58 and she's like no I can't help you the test are from 1 to 3 it's a state law. SHE IS A LIAR!!! I went the Roswell MVD and they said I could take it that at 4 was the cut off. If it was a state law I wouldn't be able to take it in Roswell. She was the worst service ever and a lazy person that dI'd not want to do her job. #neveragain
I will say she is very good at quickly getting people angry, she didn't have to put much effort into doing that.
We travelled from Roswell because our DMV had posted their computers for testing were down. I tried calling Dexter DMV twice and the phone rang and rang with no answer. So we decided to take a chance and go to have my daughter take a written test for her permit. Signs posted everywhere state test is from 1-3, we checked in exactly at 3. Sat for 45 min and watched IRMA be rude, condescending, and arrogant to EVERY SINGEL PERSON THERE! We watched and listened as the phone constantly rang while she insulted every customer. At 3:35 she shouted out to the crowded waiting room that she is closing at 4 and if you haven't been helped then you can come back Monday or "GO SOMEWHERE ELSE"! I couldn't believe that, 4 of the people were there before us and 3 other came in after us. Our number was called at about 3:45, we gave her the number and our paperwork as she rolled her eyes. IRMA told me that my daughter can't take the test because testing time is over at 3. We were there at 3? Then she got real snippy and told me cant I see the signs everywhere that state the times and she isn't staying late for her to take a test........This was an exciting day for our daughter to get her permit and it was ruined by this hateful woman. Such a waste of time. Obviously in the Dexter office, customer service isn't a priority.
Trying to do a title transfer and took all the paperwork we were told we needed but when we took all the paperwork in the lady said she didn't know how and to go somewhere else. Pathetic excuse for laziness
